Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

  • Issues reported after 7 days of delivery


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Replacements

For damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund, depending on availability.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with our shipping partner.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
